The Z-Axis is a webcomic about a group of friends keeping each other alive in the dead husk of their once-thriving home city. Nine years ago, a catastrophic miscalculation in the city's central AI put the whole place into low-power mode, killing or cryogenically freezing the majority of the population in the process and upending the lives of the survivors.

Now, their lives are somewhat stable, but they are still marked by what they endured. They slowly but surely heal from the horrors they have suffered, and maintain hope in the future that they'll cobble together with each other.

The Z-Axis is illustrated by vecvecvec and written by vecvecvec, cat-ears-headset, Mino, and CosmoVega.

The comic likely won't really manage anything approaching a consistent release schedule; we're doing our best!
